SF MOMA Conversation Pieces
Now open at MOMA San Francisco our Species 2 in the spotlight at the new exhibition, “Conversation Pieces”.
MOMA acquired this work from David Gill Gallery for their permanent collection shortly after it was created in 2015.
SF MOMA explains “Conversation Pieces brings together over 400 bold, moving works of contemporary furniture that prioritise meaning and materiality over function and practicality. The exhibition is designed to spark dialogue on contemporary design.”
Conversation Pieces is organised and curated by Jennifer Dunlop Fletcher; SF MOMA’s Helen Hilton Raiser Curator of Architecture and Design; and Alexandra Loew Studio.
